The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides services to you and your dependent family members as a benefit of your employer. There are no costs, fees, or co-pays for the EAP and you will never be billed for services provided. All services are paid by your employer.
You will be assigned an EAP counselor who will provide professional, confidential assistance and guidance to address concerns and develop a plan of action. In addition, your EAP counselor will provide short-term counseling and/or referrals to community resources. Your EAP counselor can help you resolve personal concerns that may be affecting your health, well-being, family life or job performance.
