Rates

$130.00 – $185.00 per 45 – 60 minute session.

Please contact our office for rates regarding clinical supervision, group psychotherapy, corporate wellness, Telehealth and concierge services.

All EAP sessions are free of charge for you as your employer takes care of the cost for these services.

Insurance

We accept the following insurance:

• Beacon Health
• Magellan
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• United Healthcare
• Military OneSource
• ESPYR
• Compsych
• Humana
• Aetna

We are out-of-network for all other insurance plans. However, you may still obtain services and depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance health plan to verify how your plan compensates you for mental health, substance abuse, and EAP services for you and your loved ones.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my health insurance plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
• What is my co-pay for in-network and out-of-network behavioral health providers?
