Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Please sign-up for our secure client portal to enter insurance information, if applicable, and/or make all payments.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. This does NOT apply to EAP services.
