Scholar Specialized Treatment Services, LLC welcomes referrals from physicians, mental health professionals, attorneys, human resources professionals, educators, case managers, courts, and anyone else whose work brings them into contact with individuals who may benefit from behavioral health support. We understand that making a referral is an act of trust — and we take that responsibility seriously.

Every referral to our clinic is handled with the same clinical excellence, professionalism, and absolute discretion that defines everything we do. We respond promptly, communicate clearly, and keep referring providers informed — with appropriate releases in place — throughout the care process.

Psychologists, licensed counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and other behavioral health providers referring clients for specialized services, higher levels of care, or collaborative treatment.

⚖️ Legal & Forensic Professionals

Attorneys, judges, court systems, and forensic evaluators referring individuals for clinical evaluation, treatment, or expert consultation related to legal proceedings.

🏢 Human Resources & Employee Relations

What Happens After You Refer

Every referral to Scholar is handled with promptness, professionalism, and complete discretion. Here is what you can expect after submitting a referral:

What You Can Expect:

✔ Scholar will acknowledge your referral within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

✔ We will contact the referred individual directly to schedule an intake appointment — or contact you first if that is your preference.

✔ With an appropriate release of information in place, we will communicate with referring providers throughout the care process.

✔ If Scholar is not the right fit for the individual you are referring, we will communicate that clearly and provide specific recommendations for alternative resources.

✔ For urgent or crisis referrals, please call or text us directly for the fastest response.
